"If you are lucky enough to work with Chelsea at this office, you will be a VERY SATISFIED State Farm customer . I can absolutely say Chelsea stole our business right out of the hands of two other insurance companies because of her excellent customer service. "Worst run insurance agency ever. Paid for full coverage on a vehicle then hit a deer. Agent informed me I had no rental car on my policy! What does Full coverage mean? Then State Farm cancelled my home owners policy because they said a open shed 100 yards from my residence needed a roof. No agent called just canceled my policy. Call someone else for insurance."

Unfortunately, There are some things that are not within our control here at the agency and are decisions based on claims and underwriting. In your case, I had reached out 2 years in a row to have a review of your policy created by another agent, you had declined to meet to make sure the policy was everything you had needed it to be. As far as the Home Insurance our office and State Farm corporate had reached out and notified you 9 months in advance that there were some underwriting requirements that needed to be addressed or the policy would be cancelled. Please give us a call at the office if there is anything further we can do to assist you. Thank you."
